Stilizirana dejstva o učinkih čezmejnih združitev in prevzemov na gospodarsko rast in razvoj v evropskih državah

Navkljub velikemu številu študij na temo vpliva tujih neposrednih investicij in znotraj njih čezmejnih združitev in prevzemov na gospodarsko rast in razvoj, enotnega mnenja o njem ni mogoče podati. Rezultati študij so namreč zelo različni in dajejo celo nasprotujoče si ugotovitve. Vpliv tovrstnih tokov kapitala na omenjeni kategoriji je zato treba raziskati na drugačen način: s povezavo načel makroekonomskih in mikroekonomskih raziskav, kjer je izpostavljena t. i. totalna analiza. Prispevek prikazuje totalno analizo o učinkih, ki jih je moč povezati z ocenami vpliva teh procesov na gospodarsko rast v evropskih razvitih in tranzicijskih državah.

Abstract

Although there are a lot of studies about the influence of foreign direct investment and cross-border mergers and acquisitions on economic growth and development, the general opinion about this influence cannot be given. The results of the studies in this field are very dissimilar. The influence of these processes on economic growth and development therefore must be researched in a different way: with the connection of macroeconomic and microeconomic research, where the total analysis is exposed. The article presents the total analysis about the effects, which can be connected with estimations of the influence of cross-border mergers and acquisitions on economic growth and development.
