Abstract
Predstavljena je kemijska karakterizacija lipofilnih in hidrofilnih ekstraktivov v tipičnih lesnih tkivih evropskega macesna (Larix decidua Mill.) kot so bejava, jedrovina, grča in segmenti veje. Analiza je pokazala, da je lipofilna struktura tkiv zelo podobna, medtem ko se vsebnosti hidrofilnih fenolnih spojin v posameznih tkivih med seboj precej razlikujejo. Največje koncentracije fenolov so bile izmerjene v grči, zato bi grče lahko služile kot surovina za pridobivanje bioaktivnih spojin z visoko dodano vrednostjo.

Title:Extractives in the tissues of european larch (Larix decidua mill.)
Abstract:
Chemical characterization of lipophilic and hydrophilic extractives in typical wood tissues of European larch (Larix decidua Mill.), such as sapwood, heartwood, knot and branch segments is presented. The analysis indicated similar lipophilic structure of all tissues, while the content of hydrophilic phenolic compounds in individual tissues proved to be significantly different. The highest phenolic concentrations were determined in knotwood, which classifies it as suitable raw material for large scale production of bioactive compounds with high added value.
