Abstract
Prispevek interpretira rezultate mednarodne raziskave, ki se je izvajala v elektro elektronski industriji v letih 1985 in 1994. Obravnava samo tiste rezultate, ki se nanašajo na vredndotenje dela in na preference zaposlenih v zvezi s prihodnostjo njihove družbe. Rezultati kažejo na to, da centralnost dela v omenjenem desetletju upada, da slabijo socialistične preference po enaki in kooperativni družbi in da se krepi postmaterialistični blaginjski sindrom.

Abstract:
Paper discusses results of international empirical research guided in electro-electronic industry in 1985 and in 1994. It is focused only on those results, which refer on employee's evaluation of work and on their preferencesconcerning the future of their countries. Results demonstrate decreasing centrality of work, weaker preferences of employee's for equal and co-operative society and stronger preferences of employee's for society in which dominate post-materialist well being.
