Abstract
V širši okolici Šentjurja smo s pomočjo Zavoda za varstvo kulturne dediščine (Območna enota Celje) izbrali tipične primere stavbne dediščine s kulturnim pomenom za občino in regijo. Evidentirali smo 12 stavb in dendrokronološko raziskali 5. Na Ločiški kašči smo datirali 2 bruni: eno v leto 1795 in drugo v leto 1801; 2 nosilna tramova: prvega v leto 1858 in drugega v leto 1859.

Title:Dendrochronological investigations of wood in historical buildings in the surroundings of Šentjur, Slovenia : graduation thesis - higher professional studies
Abstract:
In the surroundings of Šentjur near Celje, we selected some typical wooden buildings from the rural architectural heritage. In co-operation with the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Heritage (Celje), we recorded 12 buildings and dendrochronologically investigated 5 of them. Dendrochronological dating indicates that the building at Lepe njive was built after the year 1653 and once or twice renovated later. On Preužitkarska hiša 2 samples of hayrack were dated: one in 1870 and the other in 1871, indicating that the house was built after 1871, also in accordance with the year 1877 engraved on one of the portals. On (granary) Ločiška kašča 2 beams were dated: one to 1795 and the other in 1801; and 2 trusses: the first in 1859 and the second in 1858. This indicates that the granary was built in 2 phases or that it was rebuilt. Dating of farmhouse Zakelj and the nearby hayrack was not successful. The investigated wood mainly belonged to oak (Quercus sp.). The dating was done with the help of regional oak chronology of SE Slovenia and with chronologies of various buildings in Dolenjska and Bizeljsko regions. All of them were composed at the Biotechnical Faculty, Department of Wood Science and Technology
