Abstract

Title:Packing and packaging of final products : visokošolski strokovni študij
Abstract:
According to preliminary findings, packing procedures are the main culprits for complaints. Our study points out possibilities to reduce the costs of complaints and to introduce some small and low-cost improvements in the process of packaging. Using comparative analysis we found out that as a consequence because of modernised packing procedures, the costs of packaging will slightly rise. The propositions for improvements by using modern, qualityand ecologically more acceptable materials were shown. Easier storage, transport and packing of separate items and better protected products are, therefore, to be expected. This will result in the reduction of complaints costs, currently adding up to 0.98 % of net income.
