Idejna rešitev ureditve odseka regionalne ceste R2-411 z ureditvijo križišča s cestami: Cesta na Okroglo, Kranjska cesta in Ulica Toma Zupana : diplomska naloga

V diplomski nalogi predstavljam odsek na regionalni cesti R2-411 v Naklem. Osredotočam se na štirikrako križišče pri bencinski postaji, za katerega sem v trenutno veljavnih pravilnikih poiskal pomanjkljivosti in napake križišča. Križišče odstopa od običajnih načel načrtovanja, zato obenem opozarjam na konfliktne točke in potencialne nevarnosti, z vidika pravilnikov in kot domačin iz lastnih izkušenj. V prvem delu obravnavam tehnične normative za projektiranje križišč, kateri sledi analiza aktualnega stanja križišča in predstavitev prometnih obremenitev. V drugem delu se posvetim tehničnim zahtevam pri izvedbi krožnega križišča. Kot možni idejni rešitvi za izboljšanje obstoječega stanja odseka, predvidim modificirano nesemaforizirano križišče in kot drugo možnost preureditev obstoječega križišča v krožno križišče. Pri načrtovanju se opiram na tehnične specifikacije za ceste in obe možnosti tudi grafično predstavim.

• Title: Feasibility design of the R2-411 segment by constructing a modified intersection and a roundabout with Cesta na Okroglo, Kranjska cesta and Ulica Toma Zupana roads

Abstract

This dissertation presents a section of a regional road R2-411 in Naklo, Slovenia. It is focused on a four way intersection near a gas station, for which there have been, according to regulations, discovered some deficiencies and irregularities. Attention is also drawn at the intersection’s points of conflict and potential dangers, since the intersection itself deviates from prevailing principles of intersection design. The first part of dissertation addresses technical norms of intersection design followed by the anaslysis of the actual state of the selected intersection and a presentation of traffic flow. The second part focuses on technical requirements for implementation of a roundabout. The first possible theoretical solution of the existing state of the intersection is a modified intersection with no traffic lights, and the second one is rearrangement of the existing four way intersection into a roundabout. Both solutions are also presented graphically. Design is based on the technical specifications for road works.
