Abstract
V diplomski nalogi so opisani občinski prostorski akti skozi čas v obdobju 1984 - 2007. Analize in primerjave osnovne namenske rabe prostora (stavbna, kmetijska, gozdna, vodna in druga zemljišča) v Občini Šentjernej so izvedene v programu ArcGIS.

Title:Modification land use with the comparision of municipal spatial planning act data on the example of the municipalities of Šentjernej
Abstract:
In my diploma paper it describes spatial planning of municipalities through time period from 1984 to 2007. There is a comparison carried out between the Long-term planning of the Novo mesto municipality in the years from 1986 until 2000, and the Social planning of the Novo mesto municipality in the years between the 1986 and 1990 - edited in 1997, with last changes made in 2004, and the Municipal spatial planning of the Šentjernej municipality, made official in 2010. I described and graphically presented the comparison of categories regarding the spatial purposive use according to Regulations on the preparation of the spatial components of long-term and medium-term social plans of municipalities in digital form 2003 and Regulations on the content, form and method of preparation of OPN and conditions for determining areas of dispersed settlement and rehabilitation of areas for development and expansion of settlements in 2007. Analysis and comparisons regarding the basic spatial purposive use (building land, agricultural land, woodlands, etc.) of the Šentjernej municipality have been made in the ArcGIS program. In my diploma paper it also presentes studies of economic, agricultural and demographic indicators which affect the results of analysis as well. In the conclusion it presentes the analysis of the basic and detailed spatial purposive use considering the sum of inhabitants living in the municipality.
