Sanacija lokalne geodetske mreže v Podkraju pri Velenju : diplomska naloga

Abstract
Na območju pokopališča Podkraj pri Velenju se pojavlja plaz, ki se kaže predvsem v tem, da so premaknjeni in nagnjeni oporni zidovi, ki naj bi služili za varovanje grobov pred plazenjem pobočja. Na nekaterih opornih zidovih so vidne tudi poškodbe v obliki razpok. V novembru 2009 so bile na določenih mestih teh opornih zidov vgrajene kontrolne točke. Od takrat Služba informatika, oddelek prostorske informatike Komunalnega podjetja Velenje izvaja meritve in spremlja spremembe položajev teh točk ter s tem premike zidov na tem območju. V diplomski nalogi obravnavamo sanacijo lokalne geodetske mreže. Mrežo smo sanirali tako, da smo jo razširili z dvema referenčnima točkama na stabilnem terenu. Ti dve točki določata geodetski datum mreže. Območje smo z novejšim instrumentarijem ponovno izmerili. Vse meritve smo predhodno obdelali in jih nato izravnali. Vsem referenčnim in kontrolnim točkam smo določili lokalne višine ter položajne koordinate v državnem koordinatnem sistemu s pripadajočimi natančnostmi. Za vse rezultate smo tudi ocenili natančnost. Na podlagi dosedanjih izmer in naše izmere smo izračunali premike kontrolnih točk ter jih grafično prikazali. V diplomski nalogi so podani tudi predlogi za izboljšanje stabilizacije točk, metode izmere, predhodne obdelave podatkov in izračunov koordinat točk.

Title:Improvement of the local geodetic network in Podkraj near Velenje
Abstract:
There is an active landslide on the area of Podkraj near Velenje cemetery. The movement is shown with moved and inclined supporting walls of the cemetery. There are also apparent cracks in some parts of the wall. Check points were placed in November 2009 on determinated places of the wall. Since then Informatics service, department Prostorska informatika of Komunalno podjetje Velenje are implementing measurements and monitoring possible changes of check point position. In this dissertation we are addressing the improvement of the local geodetic network. The area was remeasured with more recent instruments. The measurements were priory processed and readjusted. We determined local levels for all reference and check point and coordinates in the national coordinate system with the belonging accuracies. We also estimated the accuracy of all the results. We calculated check point displacements on the basis of current and our measurements and demonstrated it on graph charts. The dissertation also provides with suggestions to improve stabilization of check points, methods of measurements, data processing and coordinate calculation.
