Abstract
V diplomski nalogi obravnavamo poslovno-stanovanjsko stavbo v Ljubljani. Stavba ima poleg kleti in pritličja še pet etaž namenjenih poslovnim prostorom in sedem etaž za stanovanjske namene. Streha je ravna in nepohodna. Nosilna konstrukcija je v celoti iz armiranega betona. Stropovi so izvedeni kot polne armiranobetonske plošče, ki jih podpirajo armiranobetonske stene brez odprtin in prostorski okvirji. Osredotočili smo se na analizo in dimenzioniranje tipičnih horizontalnih in vertikalnih nosilnih elementov. S pomočjo računskega modela, ki smo ga izdelali s programom SAP2000, smo najprej analizirali in dimenzionirali armiranobetonski strop v prvem nadstropju. Rezultate dimenzioniranja plošče smo na koncu prikazali na armaturnih načrtih. Po dimenzioniranju plošče smo se lotili potresne analize konstrukcije za srednjo stopnjo duktilnosti. S programom SAP2000 smo izdelali dva ločena prostorska modela nosilne konstrukcije stavbe, in sicer linijskega in ploskovnega. Plošče in jedra ploskovnega modela smo modelirali s ploskovnimi elementi, medtem, ko smo pri linijskem modelu vse vertikalne nosilne elemente modelirali z linijskimi končnimi elementi, stropne plošče pa definirali kot toge diafragme. Po primerjavi rezultatov potresnih analiz med obema modeloma, smo se odločili, da za dimenzioniranje uporabimo rezultate ploskovnega modela. Sledi prikaz dimenzioniranja za okvir in jedro konstrukcije. Na koncu smo na podlagi analize in dimenzioniranja izdelali armaturne načrte za vse obravnavane konstrukcijske elemente.

Title:Design of 13-storey reinforced concrete businessresidential building for ductility class DCM
Abstract:
This thessis discusses a bussines-residential building in Ljubljana. The building besides the basement and ground floor consists from six bussines type floors and seven residential floors. The roof is flat. Ceilings are made of solid reinforced concrete slabs supported by reinforced concrete walls without openings and surround reinforced concrete frames. We focuse on the analysis and the design of tipical horizontal and vertical elements of Eurocode standards. After modeling the structure with the program SAP2000 we analyze and design the concrete reinforced slab in the first floor. The design reuslts are shown in the reinforcement plan. The second part of the thessis focuses on seismic structural analysis for ductility class medium. In SAP2000 we create two seperate spatial structure models, including a simplified linear model and a shell model. In the first model all load-bearing elements are modeled in a simplified manner using linear elements, whereas in the second model reinforced concrete slabs and walls are modeled as shell elements. After comparing the analysis results of both models, we choose the second one for further deisgn analysis. In continuation we desion quantity and distribution of concrete reinforcement in one core and one frame and display it in the reinforcement.
