In my seminar work I focused on a practical example of residential house stake-out. First, I presented all the geodetic work that takes place before the construction starts. Prior to start of work ISO 4463-1 control of geodetic network was completed. The stake-out which presents the transfer of designed object in nature was performed using polar method. Description of stake –out is presented in the work as well as procedure of the transfer, protection of stake-out axis and characteristical object points on the building profile. Control measurements of the object's stake-out dimensions were implemented as well as deviation from parcel's borders. Stake out notes were written after the stake-out finalization according to Law on Construction (Zakon o graditvi objektov).
