Pregled uvedbe direktive INSPIRE v topografskih bazah Nemčije in Slovenije : diplomska naloga

Diplomska naloga opisuje direktivo INSPIRE, ki zahteva, da članice Evropske unije v določenem roku uredijo prostorske podatke tako, da bodo v skladu s predpisanimi določili. Podan je pregled trenutnega stanja prostorskih podatkov v Nemčiji in Sloveniji, ki obsega koordinacijsko strukturo za izvajanje direktive, zbirke podatkov, ki jih vodita državi, ter upravljavce zbirk podatkov. Povzeta sta dva konkretna primera implementacije direktive, ki prikazujeta zahteve direktive INSPIRE; to sta temi iz prve skupine direktive, in sicer »Referenčni koordinatni sistemi« ter »Hidrografija«. Podana je primerjava izvajanja direktive med Slovenijo in Nemčijo za omenjeni področji.

• Title: Overview of imposition of INSPIRE directive in topographic basis of Germany and Slovenia

Abstract

This bachelor thesis presents INSPIRE directive, which claims that EU members define time implement spatial data as it is defined in its data specification. It contains an overview of the current state of spatial data in Germany and Slovenia, which includes coordination structure of both countries, spatial data sets and its managers. There are two current examples of implementing the rules described and those are »Coordinate reference systems« and »Hydrography«. The comparison of implementing the rules of INSPIRE directive between Slovenia and Germany is made for above mentioned examples.
