Razvoj turistične infrastrukture ob reki Soči : diplomska naloga

V današnjem času je vse bolj pomembno, da se ob vse bolj intenzivnem razvoju in izkoriščanju prostora ohranja naravno okolje. V nalogi smo zato obravnavali razvoj turistične infrastrukture na naravno zelo občutljivem območju ob reki Soči. Naš namen naloge je, da bi s pomočjo analiz, narejenih za Zgornje Posočje, poskušali prikazati prednosti, slabosti, priložnosti in grožnje območja. Na podlagi ugotovitev smo želeli izpostaviti priložnosti za kvaliteten razvoj turistične infrastrukture ob upoštevanju kriterijev varstva narave. Cilj naloge je predlog ureditve obstoječe turistične infrastrukture ob reki Soči, izdelati zasnovo razširitve turistične in rekreativne ponudbe obravnavanega dela Posočja, ter podati predlog ureditve glavne regionalne ceste, speljane skozi Zgornje Posočje, na najbolj kritičnem mestu, ki se nahaja med krajema Kobarid in Trnovo ob Soči. V prvem delu naloge smo predstavili teoretični pristop k urejanju podeželskega prostora in načrtovanju turistične infrastrukture. Prikazali smo tudi razvojni načrt slovenskega turizma in kakšen pomen ima varstvo okolja pri njegovem načrtovanju. V osrednjem delu smo se osredotočili na konkreten primer območja ob reki Soči. Najprej je predstavljena analiza stanja na območju Zgornjega Posočja. Širše območje predstavlja celotno Zgornje Posočje, ožje območje pa je le del Zgornjega Posočja, za katerega smo v zaključku podali tudi predlog ureditve. Predstavljene so analize in problematika prostora. Poseben poudarek pa smo dali potencialom za razvoj turizma na obravnavanem območju. Analitičen del naloge smo zaključili s SWOT analizo ter z izhodišči za načrtovanje turizma na obravnavanem območju. V zadnjem delu naloge je podan predlog ureditve ter razvoja turizma in rekreacije v Zgornjem Posočju,. V zasnovo urejanja smo vključili tudi predlog dopolnitve omrežja kolesarskih in pešpoti. V zaključku pa so podane končne misli o razvojnem potencialu Zgornjega Posočja z nekaterimi opozorili na dejstva, ki jih je pri določenem planiranju potrebno upoštevati. Med dejstva, ki so prisotna pri prostorskem planiranju, uvrščamo potrebo po medobčinskem in krajevnem sodelovanje, pri čemer je potrebno dati tudi velik poudarek na varovanje oziroma ohranjanje naravnega okolja.

• Title: Tourist infrastructure development by the river Soča : graduation thesis

Abstract

It is becoming increasingly important today for the natural environment to be preserved alongside the increasingly intensive development and use of space. The thesis therefore treats the development of tourism infrastructure in the naturally very sensitive area along the Soča River. The aim of the thesis is to show the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the area with the aid of analyses produced for the Zgornje Posočje region. Based on the findings we wished to highlight the opportunity for the quality development of the tourism infrastructure with consideration of the criteria for nature protection. The goal of the thesis is the proposal for the arrangement of the existing tourism infrastructure along the Soča River, production of a design for the expansion of the tourism and recreation offer in the treated part of Posočje and set forth a proposal for the arrangement of the main regional road routed through Zgornje Posočje at the most critical point located between the towns of Kobarid and Trnovo ob Soči. In the first part of thesis, we presented the theoretical approach to the arrangement of the rural environment and the planning of the tourism infrastructure. We have also shown the development plan for Slovenian tourism and the importance of environmental protection in the production of the mentioned plan. In the central portion, we focused on a concrete example of the region along the Soča River. First, the analysis of the state of affairs in the area of the Zgornje Posočje region was presented. The wider area is represented by the entire Zgornje Posočje region, while the narrower area encompasses only a part of the Zgornje Posočje region, for which we set forth a proposal for arrangement in the concluding portion of the thesis. This part also presents analyses and the issue of space. A special emphasis was placed on the potentials for the development of tourism in the area in question. The analytical part of the thesis was concluded with a SWOT analysis and with the starting points for the planning of tourism in the treated area. The final part of the thesis offers a proposal for the arrangement and development of tourism and recreation in the Zgornje Posočje region. We have also included a proposal in the design for arrangement regarding the supplementation of the network of bicycle trails and footpaths. The conclusion provides the final thoughts on the development potential of the Zgornje Posočje region with some warnings as to the facts that need to be taken into account in certain cases of planning. We classify the need for inter-municipal and local cooperation that places a great emphasis on the protection or preservation of the natural environment among the facts that are present during spatial planning.
