Analiza cene življenjskega cikla voziščne konstrukcije : magistrsko delo

Abstract
Pri načrtovanju in vzdrževanju infrastrukture se soočamo na eni strani z vedno večjimi prometnimi obremenitvami, na drugi strani pa z vedno manjšimi razpoložljivimi finančnimi sredstvi. V magistrskem delu je izvedena raziskava, ali je v slovenskem prostoru mogoče zbrati dovolj podatkov za izvedbo analize cene življenjskega cikla. Pregledani so modeli za modeliranje propadanja voziščne konstrukcije, programi za izračun stroškov uporabnikov zaradi oviranja prometa ter modeli za modeliranje kapacitete gradbiščne cone. Na podlagi prednosti in slabosti pregledanih modelov in programov ter dostopnih vhodnih podatkov je predlagan modela za modeliranje propadanja voziščne konstrukcije, program za izračun stroškov uporabnikov ter model za izračun kapacitete gradbiščnega odseka. Z uporabo izbranih modelov je izvedena analiza življenjskega cikla voziščne konstrukcije na poskusnem primeru obnove voziščne konstrukcije na avtocestnem odseku. Za poskusni projekt je bil izbran projekt obnove voziščne konstrukcije na odseku AC A3/0668 Gabrk – Sežana V, AC A3/0669 Sežana V – Sežana Z in AC A1/0156 Razcep Gabrk.

Title:Life cycle cost analysis in pavement design
Abstract:
When planning and maintaining the infrastructure one needs to take into account the increasing traffic loads as well as the decreasing financial means available. The goal of this Master’s thesis is to establish whether it is possible to gather enough input data to perform a life cycle analysis in Slovenia. The thesis also deals with the selection of the appropriate models for modelling pavement deterioration and user costs due to road works. Based on advantages and disadvantages of the models and on the accessibility of the input data, a model for pavement deterioration and user cost calculation is proposed. With the selected models and input data, a life cycle cost analysis is performed on a pilot project, e.i. the reconstruction off the Motorway A3 section 0668 Gabrk – Sežana E, section 0669 Sežana E – Sežana W and Motorway A1 section 0156 Junction Gabrk.
