Geodetska dela pri gradnji objektov na območju zazidalnega načrta TNC Lesce : diplomska naloga

V nalogi so opisani postopki povezani z gradnjo objektov na območju, kjer je bil sprejet zazidalni načrt. Prikazan je celoten potek aktivnosti od sprejetja prostorskega izvedbenega akta do vpisa nepremičnine v uradne evidence. V nalogi je nadalje podrobneje opisana zakonodaja s področja gradnje objektov in evidentiranje v geodetskih evidencah. Postopki ureditve meje, parcelacije na osnovi ureditvenega načrta, zakoličba objekta ter vpis objekta v geodetske evidence so prikazani na primeru turistično nakupovalnega centra Lesce.

Abstract

The diploma paper deals with the procedures taken in a region where a building outline has been passed. The complete process, from the point of accepting the Spatial Units Act to the registration of the real estate into official records, is described. Furthermore, the paper in detail describes the legislation in the field of real estate construction and the keeping of goedetic records. A tourist-shopping centre in Lesce serves as an example to show the following procedures; demarcation, parcel division based on the Regulation Outline, layingout the building location and an entry of the building into the geodetic records.
