Abstract
Raziskovali smo vpliv vrste lepila in načina lepljenja na nabrekanje sestavljene delovne plošče. Proučevali smo tudi vpliv vrste iverne plošče in obdelave sprednjega roba plošče na nabrekanje. Za preizkušanje smo uporabili kuhinjske delovne plošče debeline 39 mm, izdelane iz ivernih plošč tipa P2 in P7. Površina plošče je bila oplemenitena z dekorativnim laminatom debeline 0,8mm. Prednji rob je bil obdelan z ABS robnim trakom debeline 2 mm ali postforming obdelavo. Za lepljenje smo uporabili: Termosil N-6, Helmipur SH 100 in Dorus PU 300. Preizkušance, zlepljene na topi spoj ali s pomočjo utora in lamele, smo preizkušali po standardu SS 83 91 20. Ugotovili smo, da na nabrekanje sestavljene delovne plošče na spoju vpliva le vrsta uporabljenega lepila. Najboljše rezultate smo dobili z uporabo tesnilne mase iz poliuretanske baze, najslabše pa z poliuretanskim lepilom. Sama izvedba lepljenja ne vpliva na kakovost v smislu nabrekanja, pač pa je lepljenje z lamelami velika pomoč monterju, da hitreje in lažje namesti obe plošči na enako višino. Tip uporabljene iverne plošče vpliva le na velikost nabreka, ne pa na samo kakovost spoja. Obdelava sprednjega robu ne vpliva na spoj med 2 ploščama.

Title:Influence of glue type and way of bonding on swelling of bonded worktops : visokošolski strokovni študij
Abstract:
Influence of glue type and way of bonding on joint swelling of worktops was researched. Impact of chipboard type and way of front edge processing on swelling was also studied. For testing purposes 39 mm thick kitchen worktops, made of chipboard type P2 and P7, were used. Surface was covered with 0.8 mm thick decorative laminate. Front edge was processed with ABS front band, 2 mm thick, or it was postforming processed. Termosil N-6, Helmipur SH 100 and Dorus PU 300 were used for bonding. Test objects, bonded either in a way of firm bond or in a way of lamella and groove, were tested according to SS 83 6120 standard. It was found out that only sort of glue affects joint swelling of worktops. The best results were attained with a seal on polyurethane basis, the worst with polyurethane glue. Realization of bonding doesnćt affect quality as regard swelling. Bonding with lamellas assists to fit and enables quicker and easier positioning of 2 plates on same level. Type of chipboard used does not have any impact on quality of joint, it affects swelling intensity only. Type of front end processing does not have any impact on joint quality.
