Abstract
Cilj diplomske naloge je predstavitev dela na projektu izvedbe vodenja kogeneracije za slovensko energetsko podjetje. V okviru tega projekta sem sodeloval kot programer pri izvedbi krmiljenja, regulacije in nadzora kogeneracije. V diplomski nalogi bom predstavil izvedbo zastavljenih ciljev na projektu, in sicer programiranje krmilnika, izdelavo nadzornega sistema in izdelavo projektne dokumentacije. V prvem delu naloge so predstavljena teoretična izhodišča kogeneracije, gradniki za izvedbo avtomatizacije in uporabljeni komunikacijski protokoli. Teoretični del je povzet po dostopni literaturi. V drugem delu je opisana izvedba krmiljenja in regulacije kogeneracije ter predstavitev izdelanega nadzornega sistema (SCADA). Za projekt kogeneracije je bilo potrebno izvesti regulacijo moči kogeneratorja in krmiljenje kotla z uporabo krmilnika Siemens S7-1200. V sistemu kogeneracije zajemamo veličine z različnih merilnikov. Te veličine so uporabljene za preračun učinkovitosti sistema in parametrov vodenja.

Title:Implementation of control and supervision for heat and electricity cogeneration process
Abstract:
The objective of this thesis is presentation of work on project of the realization of control of cogeneration system for Slovenian energy company. On this project I was working as programmer for automatization of cogeneration system. In the thesis I will present realization of project goals. Goals were PLC programming, implementation of supervisory system and preparation of project documentation. In the first part of the thesis I will present theoretical points of cogenerations, components for automatization and used communication protocols. Theoretical part is based on available literature. In the second part of the thesis I will describe realization of control and present supervisory (SCADA) system that I made. For this project goals were to program a control of cogenerator power and boiler using Siemens S7-1200 controller. In the system of cogeneration sensors are used for measurement of system parameters, that are used for calculation of system efficiency and control parameters.
