Abstract
V diplomskem delu je opisan razvoj naprednega števca tokovnih udarov ProSECIII, katerega glavna funkcija je zabeležiti čas ter izmeriti amplitudo udara. Naprava se uporablja v kombinaciji s prenapetostnimi zaščitami. Njena vloga je zagotoviti kontrolo nad električnimi pojavi, ki se dotikajo prenapetostnih zaščit. Sem spadajo predvsem prenapetosti, katerih energija se na zaščitnih napravah sprošča v obliki udarnih tokov. Začetni del diplomskega dela se dotika prenapetostnih zaščit ter potrebe po izdelavi naprednega števca. Po določitvi vseh smiselnih funkcij naprave sledi raziskovalni del; v le tem se je določil princip, po katerem se bo izvajala meritev. Izbiri indirektnega načina merjenja tokovnega udara sledi razvoj analognega vezja, katerega vloga je shraniti temensko vrednost. Ker je temenska vrednost napetosti izhoda analognega vezja proporcionalna amplitudi tokovnega udara, lahko s preračunom enostavno dobimo le to informacijo. Za preračun poskrbi program, vpisan v mikrokrmilnik, ki po pretvorbi izpiše vrednost amplitude na LCD zaslon. Osnovni namen izdelane naprave je opazovanje prenapetostnih pojavov v sistemu in s tem pravočasno zaznavanje preobremenjenosti trenutno instaliranih prenapetostnih zaščit.

Title:Development of analog circuit for device for measuring shoot-through current
Abstract:
This thesis describes the development of the device which observes transients on surge protection devices. The device, which is named ProSECIII (Surge Event Counter), measures current amplitude and stores it in a memory with time and date stamp. It also has many features like LCD for history reading, wireless communication, remote contacts etc. The thesis describes research and development of analogue part of a circuit, which is based on Rogowski principle for current measurement. After design and implementation phase, the tests procedures follow. There is also a chapter about shielding the device to be immune to electromagnetic interference. The main feature of this device is providing information about transients which passes SPDs and SPD status.
