Abstract
Diplomsko delo obravnava analizo vplivov elektromagnetnega polja, ki je v naravnem in življenjskem okolju prisotno okoli objektov elektroenergetskega sistema. Začetni del zajema opis zakonodaje, ki ureja področje elektromagnetnega sevanja v Sloveniji, pregled priporočil organizacij, dejavnih na tem področju, in primerjavo mejnih vrednosti v različnih državah. V nadaljevanju sledi opis teoretičnih osnov za izračun električnega in magnetnega polja ter predstavitev programa za izračun elektromagnetnih polj EFC-400PS. Za izbrano RTP na 110 kV napetostnem nivoju so izračunana in prikazana območja vplivnih veličin, na podlagi katerih je določena sprejemljivost objekta v prostor s stališča elektromagnetnega sevanja.

Title:Analysis of electromagnetic field in planned 110 kV electric power substation
Abstract:
This Diploma work analyzes impacts of electromagnetic field of frequency 50 Hz in a natural and living environment. In the first part we describe legislation that governs electromagnetic radiation in Slovenia and review the recommendations of active organizations. Furthermore we compare limit values for electric and magnetic field in different countries and describe the theoretical basis for calculation of electric and magnetic field. After that, program for calculating electromagnetic field EFC-400PS is introduced. We calculated and displayed electromagnetic field levels for the selected electric power substation at voltage level of 110 kV.
