Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo zajeli pregled obstoječe in veljavne zakonodaje ter standardov na področju varnostne razsvetljave. Za dobro in dosledno vzdrževanje varnostne razsvetljave je potrebno poznati vsa pravila in smernice, ki jih ponujajo standardi in določeni pravilniki. V nalogi se bomo omejili na vzdrževanje varnostne razsvetljave osnovne šole in vrtca. Raziskave inšpektorjev Uprave Republike Slovenije za zaščito in reševanje leta 2002 so pokazale, da naj bi bila varnostna razsvetljava izvedena in redno kontrolirana v manj kot polovici pregledanih vzgojno-varstvenih zavodov in šol. Opisana je vsa priprava za pregled in kontrolo delovanja varnostne razsvetljave na objektu. Ker je potrdilo o brezhibnem delovanju vgrajenega sistema aktivne požarne zaščite (sistem varnostne razsvetljave) ravno poteklo, smo pripravili vse, kar je bilo potrebno za pregled s tehničnim preglednikom. Po končanem pregledu in poročilu tehničnega preglednika smo ponovno pridobili dvoletno potrdilo. Opisana je tudi izdelava enostavnega sistema za kontrolo avtonomije in uporabnosti akumulatorjev v varnostnih svetilkah. Uporabili smo Arduino sistem in mu dodali zaslon ter merilnik toka. Vezje meri tok, ki teče iz akumulatorja do svetilke, na zaslonu pa se izpisuje čas delovanja. Na koncu merjenja prikaže, ali ima akumulator dovolj veliko kapaciteto za enourno delovanje.

Title:Examination and control of safety lighting
Abstract:
The thesis consists of an overview of existing and applicable laws and standards in the field of emergency lighting. Good and consistent maintenance of security lighting requires knowledge of all the rules and guidelines, set to certain standards and regulations. The subject of the thesis is limited to the maintenance of security lighting in a primary school and kindergarten. Inspectors within the Administration of the Republic of Slovenia for Civil Protection and Disaster Relief carried out research in 2002 which showed that the emergency lighting was implemented and regularly controlled in less than half of the surveyed childcare facilities and schools. We have described all preparation for the examination and control of security lighting in the building. Since the certificate of faultless operation of the built-in fire protection (emergency lighting system) had just expired, we prepared everything necessary for review, carried out by a technical inspector. After the completion of the review and the report of the technical inspector we were awarded another two-year certificate. We also described the production of a simple autonomy and battery usefulness control system in safety lamps. We used the Arduino system as well as added a display and a flow meter. Circuit measures the current that flows from the battery to the lamp, while the display shows the operating time. At the end of the measurement we are able to read whether the battery had sufficient capacity for a one-hour operation.
