Abstract
Na področju avtomatizacije procesov se pojavlja vedno večja potreba po učinkovitosti, hitrosti in cenovni ugodnosti. V ta namen se je leta 2002 pojavil industrijski standard PackML. Standard PackML se je z leti izpopolnjeval in leta 2008 dosegel trenutno najnovejšo obliko, ki je objavljena v tehničnem poročilu ISA-TR88 00.02. Diplomska naloga opisuje implementacijo standarda PackML na laboratorijsko modularno proizvodno napravo v laboratoriju LMSV in LAMS na Fakulteti za elektrotehniko v Ljubljani. Standard podpira poljubno število načinov delovanja, ter predvideva 17 različnih stanj, v katerih se naprava lahko nahaja. Naprava se razdeli na enote (Unit), ti pa naprej na module (Equipment in Control Module). Rezultat naloge je popolno delovanje naprave, tj. sinhrono delovanje vseh petih postaj. Napravi se popolno delovanje zagotovi s programiranjem v lestvičnem diagramu programa GX IEC Developer različice 7.04, kjer programska koda vsebuje tudi implementacijo standarda PackML.

Title:PackML-compliant control of modular production system
Abstract:
Area of process automation requires more and more efficiency, speed and economical benefits. Due to this purpose in 2002 a new software solution appeared; PackML industrial standard. Standard PackML has perfected within years and in 2008 reached its newest form in PackML technical report ISA-TR88 00.02. The thesis describes implementation of PackML standard on laboratory modular production machine in laboratory LMSV and LAMS at Faculty of electrical engineering in Ljubljana. Standard includes any number of modes and 17 different states that machine can be in. The machine is decomposed into units (Unit), and those into modules (Equipment Module and Control Module). The result of the thesis is a completely functional machine, i.e. a sinchronous operation of all five stations. The complete functionality is provided by programing in ladder diagram using GX IEC Developer version 7.04 software, where PackML standard is implemented within the program code.
