Razvoj modela in orodja za izbiro ustreznega programa za napredno planiranje in razvrščanje proizvodnje

Proizvodna podjetja danes potrebujejo napredno planiranje in razvrščanje proizvodnje, da lahko ostajajo konkurenčna. Odločitev, kateri program izbrati za ta namen, pa je prepuščena njim samim, saj na trgu ni orodja, ki bi jim pri tem sistematično pomagalo. Zato smo se odločili razviti orodje za izbiro ustreznega programa za napredno planiranje in razvrščanje proizvodnje, ki lahko podjetjem pomaga, da na osnovi kriterijev treh interesnih skupin na hiter in preprost način ugotovijo, kateri program APS je za njih najprimernejši. Prepričani smo, da sta prva različica orodja in ideja dobri ter da lahko z nadaljnjim razvojem in dopolnitvami orodja, predvsem pa z večjo bazo programskih rešitev, izdelamo orodje, ki bo uporabno in v pomoč tako slovenskim kot tujim podjetjem.

Abstract

Today production companies need advanced planning and production scheduling to stay competitive. However, they are left with the choice of which program to use, since there isn't any tool on the market that would systematically help them with this decision. That’s why we have decided to develop a tool for choosing the right program for advanced planning and production scheduling that can help companies to easily and quickly get the information about which APS program is best for them based on the criteria from three different groups. We are convinced that the first version of the tool and the basic idea are good and that with further development and upgrades of the tool, especially with bigger software solutions database, we can create a tool which will be useful and helpful to Slovenian and foreign companies.
