Abstract
V diplomski nalogi je predstavljeno krmiljenje pomika prislona hidravlične stiskalnice. Cilj naloge je bil, da lahko pomik prislona hidravlične stiskalnice uspešno krmilimo preko krmilne omarice. Najprej je predstavljena oprema, ki je potrebna za krmiljenje naprave. Sem sodi regulator pozicije P8721 podjetja Elgo Electronic. Za reguliranje DC servo motorja smo uporabili servo regulator MiniMaestro 60x7/14 podjetja Control Techniques. V nadaljevanju diplomske naloge je predstavljena izdelava električnega načrta. Predstavljena je tudi izdelava relejskega vezja, ki je potrebno za reguliranje hitrosti in smeri servo motorja. Montažna plošča v glavni razdelilni omari vsebuje naslednje elemente: priključne sponke, transformator, varovalke, servo regulator, releje, relejsko vezje, mostični polnovalni usmernik, kondenzator in napajalnik. Krmilna omarica pa vsebuje regulator pozicije, preklopno stikalo za izbiro med ročnim ali avtomatskim režimom delovanja in tipke NAPREJ, NAZAJ, START, STOP.

Title:Backgauge positioning control upgrade on a hydraulic press brake
Abstract:
In this diploma thesis we present the positioning control of backgauge of hydraulic press brake. The aim of the diploma thesis was to ensure that we can successfully control the hydraulic press backgauge positioning with the controller box. First, the necessary control equipment is presented. Part of this is the position controller P8721 by Elgo Electronic. For controlling the DC servo motor we used the servo drive MiniMaestro 60x7/14 by Control Techniques. Further on, the thesis presents the making of the electrical plan. The making of the relay protective circuit which is needed for speed and direction control of the servo motor. Installation plate in the main junction box contains: terminal block, transformer, fuses, servo drive, relays, relay protective circuit, full wave bridge rectifier, condenser/capacitor, and power supply. Controller box contains position controller, toggle switch for flipping between manual and automatic mode and buttons FORWARD, BACKWARDS, START, STOP.
