Abstract
Strateški plan informatike je proces izdelave načrta informacijskega sistema, ki poslovnemu sistemu omogoča uresničitev njegovih strateških ciljev. V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen strateški plan informatike podjetja Megadom, d. o. o. Prvo poglavje predstavlja teoretični okvir diplomskega dela, saj pojasni, kaj je to strateški plan informatike, kaj so njegovi cilji in prikazuje proces njegove izdelave. V drugem poglavju so predstavljeni strateški elementi poslovnega sistema, stanje računalniške opreme podjetja in analiza oddelka informatike.

Abstract:
IT strategic plan is the process of designing the information system plan that enables the business system to achieve its strategic objectives. The thesis presents the IT strategic plan of the company Megadom d.o.o. The second chapter presents the strategic elements of the business system, the state of the company's computer equipment and the analysis of the IT department. The third chapter talks about the organisation of the company, its business processes and the information technology that supports them. The fourth chapter first presents our information vision through specific areas of informatics, but later presents the long-term future of informatics through two information technologies that are new to us.
