Abstract
V uvodu nam predstavi osnovne geografske in demografske značilnosti Postojne ter distribucijsko omrežje na področju Občine Postojna in navede ključne podatke o RTP Postojna ter njenem napajanju. Nadaljuje se s prikazom nastanka zimskega dodatnega bremena – predstavi pogoje za tvorjenje dodatnih bremen in predstavi območja v Sloveniji, kjer se žledenje najpogosteje pojavlja. V nadaljevanju sledi kronološki opis žledenja na območju Občine Postojna v začetku leta 2014 in vpliv na EES. Hkrati predstavi tehnične rešitve, ki so bile izvedene v tem času. Sledi obravnava različnih možnosti napajanja RTP Postojna, kjer so opisno in grafično predstavljene možne rešitve. V zaključku avtor oceni svoje delo in poda komentar na predstavljene rešitve.

Title:Establisment of Postojna region power supply in emergency situations
Abstract:
In the introduction, the thesis presents the basic geographic and demographic characteristics of Postojna and the distribution network in the Municipality of Postojna. It indicates some key information about the Postojna power substation and its power supply. The thesis continues by showing the occurrence of ice load in the winter; it presents the conditions for the formation of extra loads and areas in Slovenia where sleet is most common. Next it presents a chronological description of sleet occurrence in the Municipality of Postojna in the beginning of 2014 and the impacts on EPS (Electric Power System). At the same time it shows the technical solutions that have been made at this time. A discussion of different power options of the Postojna power substation with graphically and descriptively presented solutions follows. In the conclusion, the author evaluates his work and comments on the presented solutions.
