Abstract
Podjetje LIKO Vrhnika d.d., PE Vrata proizvaja vratna krila in podboje. Na trgu se srečuje z vedno bolj zahtevnimi kupci in močno konkurenco, zato je prisiljeno razvijati nove izdelke in jih tudi ustrezno predstaviti na trzišču. Prikazali smo praktični potek razvoja nove skupine izdelkov sobnih vrat PIANO in pri tem poglobljeno analizirali predvsem 2 stopnji v procesu razvoja: tehnološko-proizvodno razvijanje izdelka in tržno razvijanje izdelka. Analiza ugotovitev o razvoju novega izdelka pokaže odstopanja od teoretičnega 8 stopenjskega razvoja. Uvedba nove skupine izdelkov na trzišče pomeni za podjetje pozitivno izkušnjo, saj potrjuje, da je z usklajenim delovanjem zaposlenih, kljub nekaterim izpuščenim fazam razvoja, moč doseči dober rezultat.

Title:Development of new products in a company manufacturing doors and frames : univerzitetni študij
Abstract:
LIKO Vrhnika d.d., PE Doors is a factory producing doors and frames. Due to more and more demanding buyers and strong competition on the market, it is forced to develop new products and adequately present them on the market. The practical course of development of new interior doors named PIANO is presented. Two stages of the development process are analysed: technology and manufacturing, and the market development of new products. The analysis of the findings shows deviations from the development of a new product in theoretical 8 stages. The development of a new product is a positive experience for the factory because it confirms that effective teamwork can produce positive results despite skipping some stages of the development.
