Reorganizacija proizvodnje po nakupu linije za oplaščanje elementov podbojev : diplomsko delo (visokošolski strokovni študij)

Predstavili smo obstoječe in pričakovano stanje tehnologije ter izdelke za izdelavo suhomontažnih podbojev v podjetju LIP Bled. Na osnovi vplivnih dejavnikov smo izbrali najboljšega ponudnika linije in postavili linijo na osnovi lay-outa. Predstavili smo problematiko izdelave oplaščanja elementov, kjer izgubimo veliko časa zaradi prestavljanja stroja, saj izdelujemo 2 popolnoma različna elementa podboja. Z nakupom nove linije in lastno proizvodnjo oplaščanja elementov se bodo dobavni roki zmanjšali, fleksibilnost, s tem pa tudi konkurenčnost podjetja, pa povečala.

Abstract

The existent and expected state of technology for the production of door-frames factors the best offerer has been chosen and the production line installed on the lay-out basis. Problems of the production of wrapped elements were presented as well, because a lot of time is being lost due to adjustments of machines since 2 quite different elements of the door frame are being produced. By purchasing a new line and producing own wrapped elements the delivery terms will be shortened, flexibility increased, and herewith also the competitive position of the firm better.
