Abstract
V diplomski nalogi sem obravnal sodobne postopke recikliranja fotovoltaičnih panelov, pri čemer sem se osredotočal predvsem na kristalno-silicijeve module, ker predstavljajo največji delež v svetovni fotovoltaični industriji. Potrebno je bilo celostno preučiti sodobne postopke recikliranja in oceniti njihovo učinkovitost glede na okoljski vpliv, pridobivanje materialov ter možnost industrijske uporabe. Naredil sem primerjavo med različnimi postopki recikliranja. Ustreznost in učinkovitost postopkov sem ocenil na podlagi raznih analiz, predstavljenih v pregledani literature. Na podlagi širokega pregleda literature zadnjih šestih let (z izjemo študije o visokonapetostnih impulzih iz leta 2018) sem ugotovil, da je recikliranje fotovoltaičnih panelov še zelo perspektivno področje, kjer je še veliko prostora za napredek in se še stalno izboljšuje.

Title:Modern recycling processes for photovoltaic panels
Abstract:
In my thesis, I discussed modern recycling processes for photovoltaic panels, focusing mainly on crystalline-silicon modules because they represent the largest share of the global photovoltaic industry. The main goal was to study modern recycling processes and evaluate their efficiency in terms of environmental impact, material recovery, and the possibility of industrial use. I compared different recycling processes and evaluated their suitability and efficiency using various analyses, which are also presented in the thesis. Based on a broad review of literature from the last six years, (except for the high-voltage pulse study from 2018), I found that photovoltaic panel recycling is still a very promising field. There is still a lot of room for further development, and recycling methods are continuously improving.
