This thesis addresses parcel boundary determination in slow-moving landslide areas, where boundary markers, structures and entire parcels gradually shift together with the ground while cadastral coordinates remain unchanged. The theoretical part covers the real estate cadastre, the types and mathematical description of discrepancies between the cadastral point and the actual marker, landslides, and foreign research (USA, New Zealand, Austria and Türkiye). The empirical part is based on two anonymous online surveys, among parcel owners and surveying companies. The results show the phenomenon is rare in practice but professionally unresolved: all participating companies consider that current legislation does not clearly define the procedures. The thesis proposes guidelines combining reference-point stability checks, documentation of discrepancies, the distinction between uniform and differential ground movement, and consideration of owners' consent.
