Abstract
V diplomski nalogi opisujem sintezo in karakterizacijo treh novih spojin 1-3, ki so bile sintetizirane iz 2-(hidroksimetil)piridina, 3-(hidroksimetil)piridina in 4-(hidroksimetil)piridina ter titanovega(IV) butoksida. Titanov(IV) butoksid sem raztopila v vodi, da je nastal trden titanov dioksid. Fluorovodikova kislina je bila uporabljena kot reaktant in topilo. Reakcije so bile izvedene med ustreznim hidroksimetilpiridinom in titanovim dioksidom v množinskem razmerju 2 : 1. Vsak produkt, ki se je izločil po izhlapevanju topila pri sobni temperaturi, je bil v kristalinični obliki. Produkte sem karakterizirala z elementno (CHN) analizo, IR spektroskopijo, NMR spektroskopijo in rentgensko strukturno analizo ter določila izkoristek sinteze.

Title:Fluoridotitanates of some hydroxymethylpyridines
Abstract:
Described are the synthesis and characterization of three novel compounds 1-3, which are prepared from 2-(hydroxymethyl)pyridine, 3-(hydroxymethyl)pyridine, 4-(hydroxymethyl)pyridine and titanium(IV) butoxide. Titanium(IV) butoxide is dissolved in water to form a solid titanium dioxide. Hydrofluoric acid was used as the reactant as well as the solvent. The reactions were carried out between corresponding hydroxymethylpyridine and titanium dioxide in a molar ratio of 2:1. Each product precipitated after evaporation of the solvent at room temperature was in crystalline form. The products were characterized by elemental (CHN) analysis, IR spectroscopy, NMR spectroscopy and X-ray structural analysis along with the yield of the synthesis determination.
