This thesis presents the application of UnityMol, a software tool designed for interactive
three-dimensional visualization and analysis of molecular systems. The software offers
advanced and visually attractive representation modes, prominently featuring the
hyperbolic display model (Hyperball). The capabilities of UnityMol were evaluated using
three demonstration examples of increasing complexity, with a reproducible visualization
protocol developed for each example. The work also presents the main advantages and
limitations of the software and highlights its potential for educational purposes, since the
three-dimensional approach helps to understand the spatial structure of molecules and
chemical bonds.
