Abstract
V podjetju smo poskušali razviti robustno zemeljsko postajo z X/S frekvenčno pasovno anteno, namenjeno uporabi v obrambnih in vesoljskih komunikacijskih sistemih.

Title:Determination of the drive system for a satellite communication antenna
Abstract:
The company aimed to develop a robust ground station equipped with an X/S-band antenna intended for use in defense and space communication systems. The objective of this thesis was to design a structurally rigid and waterproof antenna capable of operating without a protective radome while ensuring reliable operation at wind speeds up to 100 km/h and survival of the system at wind speeds up to 200 km/h. As part of the thesis, a simplified antenna model was developed for numerical analysis using the Ansys software environment. Based on the performed simulations, the maximum loads acting on the drive systems were determined, and a suitable drive system was designed to provide the required stiffness and operational reliability.
