Abstract
Diplomska naloga obravnava vlogo varnostnega svetovalca pri prevozu goriv po določbah Sporazuma ADR. Namen naloge je predstaviti zahteve za varen prevoz nevarnih snovi razreda 3 ter pomen varnostnega svetovalca pri prevozu nevarnih goriv. Teoretični del predstavlja Sporazum ADR, značilnosti vnetljivih tekočin, zahteve glede embalaže, cistern, označevanja, dokumentacije ter naloge varnostnega svetovalca. Obravnavana so tudi tveganja pri prevozu goriv in ukrepi za njihovo preprečevanje. Praktični del vključuje študijo primera podjetja MI Oskrba d.o.o., ki temelji na analizi dokumentacije in intervjujih z zaposlenimi. Rezultati analize kažejo, da podjetje uspešno izpolnjuje zahteve ADR ter z usposabljanjem zaposlenih, ustreznimi vozili in varnostnimi postopki zagotavlja visoko raven varnosti.

Title:THE ROLE OF THE SAFETY ADVISOR IN THE TRANSPORT OF FUELS UNDER ADR: THE CASE OF MI OSKRBA D.O.O.
Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis examines the role of the Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser in the transport of fuels in accordance with the ADR Agreement. The aim of the thesis is to present the requirements for the safe transport of Class 3 dangerous goods and to highlight the importance of the Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser in fuel transport. The theoretical part presents the ADR Agreement, the characteristics of flammable liquids, the requirements for packaging, tanks, marking and documentation, and the responsibilities of the Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser. It also discusses the risks associated with fuel transport and measures for their prevention. The practical part includes a case study of MI Oskrba d.o.o., based on an analysis of company documentation and interviews with employees. The results show that the company successfully complies with ADR requirements and ensures a high level of safety through employee training, technically sound vehicles, and effective safety procedures.
