Ureditev odvodnjavanja parkirišč z modro-zeleno infrastrukturo : diplomska naloga

Abstract
Diplomska naloga obravnava možnosti uporabe modro-zelene infrastrukture pri upravljanju padavinske vode v urbanih okoljih. V uvodnem in teoretičnem delu so predstavljeni vplivi urbanizacije in širjenja neprepustnih površin na naravni vodni krog ter glavne pomanjkljivosti tradicionalnih sistemov odvodnjavanja. V nadaljevanju so opisani osnovni principi modrozelene infrastrukture in izbrani elementi, ki omogočajo zadrževanje, filtracijo, ponikanje in počasnejše odvajanje padavinske vode. Praktični del naloge je izveden na primeru obstoječega parkirišča na Jesenicah. Najprej smo analizirali obstoječe stanje, prispevne površine in način odvodnjavanja. Na tej podlagi je oblikovan koncept ureditve z bioretenzijskimi enotami in ponikovalno kotanjo. Bioretenzijske enote so namenjene prestrezanju in zakasnjenem odtoku z izbranih delov parkirišča, ponikovalna kotanja pa predstavlja zaključni element sistema, v katerega se odvaja preostali odtok. Za preverjanje delovanja predlagane ureditve je izdelan poenostavljen dinamični model vodne bilance. Z njim so bile analizirane različne prispevne površine, povratne dobe in trajanje nalivov. Spremljani so bili višina vode, začetek drenažnega odtoka, količina preliva, maksimalni iztok, skupni volumen odtoka in čas praznjenja. Na podlagi rezultatov je ocenjen vpliv predlagane ureditve na zmanjšanje konice odtoka, časovni zamik odvajanja in razbremenitev dolvodnega kanalizacijskega sistema.

Title:Stormwater drainage design for parking lots using blue-green infrastructure : graduation thesis
Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis examines the use of blue-green infrastructure for stormwater management in urban areas. The introductory and theoretical sections explore the impacts of urbanization and the expansion of impervious surfaces on the natural water cycle and the key limitations of traditional stormwater drainage systems. The fundamental principles of bluegreen infrastructure and selected measures for stormwater retention, filtration, infiltration, and controlled discharge are also described. The practical section of the thesis is based on a case study of an existing parking area in Jesenice, Slovenia. First, the existing conditions, contributing catchment areas, and drainage system were analysed. Based on these results, a stormwater management concept consisting of bioretention cells and an infiltration basin was developed. The bioretention cells are designed to intercept, retain, and delay runoff from specific parts of the parking area, while the infiltration basin serves as the final element of the system by receiving the remaining runoff. To evaluate the performance of the proposed solution, a simplified dynamic water balance model was developed. This model was then used to analyse the impact of different catchment areas, return periods, and rainfall durations. The analysed parameters included water depth, the onset of drainage outflow, overflow volume, peak outflow, total runoff volume, and emptying time. The effectiveness of the proposed solution in reducing peak runoff, delaying runoff, and relieving the downstream drainage system was then assessed- based on the obtained results.
