Razvoj digitalnega dvojčka progresivnega mehatronskega štančnega orodja

Abstract
V sodobni industrijski proizvodnji se teži k optimizaciji izdelovalnih procesov s posebnim poudarkom na zmanjševanju porabljene energije in odpada pri izdelavi kot tudi čim večji fleksibilnosti izdelave. V primerih preoblikovalnih postopkov predstavljajo dodatno povečanje kompleksnosti proizvodnje zahtevana oženja izdelovalnih toleranc naročnikov, ki silijo vsa proizvodna podjetja v iskanje novih, inovativnih izvedb preoblikovanja. Kot primer inovativnega prilagodljivega koncepta procesa štancanja je bilo v okviru projekta »Pametno mehatronsko progresivno orodje za štancanje tipskih izdelkov« za optimizacijo delovanja mehatronskega progresivnega štančnega orodja vzpostavljeno prilagajanje delovanja mehatronskega preoblikovalnega orodja, ki sledi vnaprej programirani obliki izdelka. Z enim preoblikovalnim orodjem lahko ob njegovi fleksibilnosti izdelujemo več različnih geometrijsko sorodnih izdelkov in hkrati minimiziramo odpad ob menjavi tipa komponente na izbranem orodju. V prispevku je predstavljen koncept razvoja delovanja enega rezalnega pestiča z mehatronskim nastavljanjem, za katerega je bil razvit nov inovativen direktno gnan elektromagnetni aktuator za dvig in spust tega aktivnega dela preoblikovalnega orodja. Vzporedno smo kakovost delovanja orodja in vgrajenega aktuatorja spremljali z digitalnim dvojčkom orodja in vzpostavili ustrezno povratno zanko njegovega nadzora in obratovanja. Predstavljeni koncept progresivnega mehatronskega štančnega orodja se bo v nadaljevanju ob večjem številu krmiljenih pestičev nadgradil v progresivno mehatronsko štančno orodje, ki omogoča izdelavo do osem različnih izdelkov z istim orodjem.

Title:Development of a digital twin of a progressive mechatronic stamping tool
Abstract:
In modern industrial production, there is a tendency to optimize manufacturing processes, with a special emphasis on reducing waste and energy consumption as well as maximizing manufacturing flexibility. In forming processes, customers' need to narrow manufacturing tolerances increases production complexity, forcing all manufacturing companies to seek new, innovative forming solutions. As an example of an innovative, flexible stamping process concept, the "Smart mechatronic progressive tool for stamping standard products" project established the adaptation of mechatronic tool operation to a pre-programmed product shape to optimize the operation of mechatronic progressive stamping tools. With a single forming tool, its flexibility allows us to manufacture several different geometrically similar products while minimizing waste when changing the component produced by the selected tool. The article presents the concept of developing a single-cutting punch operation with mechatronic adjustment, for which a new, innovative direct-drive electromagnetic actuator was developed to raise and lower the active part of the forming tool. At the same time, we monitored the tool's and the built-in actuator's performance using their digital twins and established appropriate feedback loops for their control and operation. The presented concept of a stamping tool will be upgraded to a mechatronic stamping tool with a greater number of controlled punches, enabling the production of up to eight different products with the same progressive tool.
