Abstract
Ta študija predstavlja razširjen pristop digitalnega dvojčka za izboljšanje trajnosti in učinkovitosti v sistemih montaže. V sklopu razvojnega dela sta bila razvita dva digitalna dvojčka za primer paletne krožne proizvodne linije s tremi delovnimi postajami. Prvi digitalni dvojček odraža obstoječi proces z enim končnim preverjanjem kakovosti, drugi pa vključuje kontrolo kakovosti po vsaki izvedeni delovni operaciji. Analize na podlagi izvajanih scenarijev so pokazale, da dodatna mesta za kontrolo kakovosti zmanjšajo porabo surovin do 10 %, nastajanje odpadkov za okrog 20 % in porabo energije v rangu 10 %. Prikazan pristop digitalnih dvojčkov je omogočil hitro testiranje ob različnih nastavljenih parametrih in fleksibilno odločanje o uporabnih nastavitvah, kar potrjuje njegovo uporabnost v različnih okoljih montaže in potencialno širitev na druga proizvodna področja.

Title:Support with digital twins to enhance sustainability in assembly systems
Abstract:
This study presents an extended approach to digital twins for improving sustainability and efficiency in assembly systems. As part of the development, two digital twins were developed for a pallet circular production line with three workstations. The first digital twin represents the existing process with a single final quality check, while the second incorporates quality control after each work operation. Analyses of the implemented scenarios showed that additional quality control stations reduce raw material consumption by up to 10%, waste generation by around 20%, and energy consumption by around 10%. The digital twin approach enabled rapid testing with different parameter settings and flexible decision-making on optimal configurations, confirming its value in various assembly environments and its potential for expansion to other production areas.
