Nadgradnja stroja za tlačno litje aluminija

V diplomski naloge je predstavljana zgodovina in uporaba tlačnega litja aluminija. Prikazana in opisana je periferna oprema, ki skupaj z osnovnim strojem tvori livarsko celico. Podrobno je opisan tudi sam postopek in cikel tlačnega litja. Predstavljeno je orodje za tlačno litje kot tudi njegova sestava. V nadaljevanju naloge je predstavljen celoten postopek nadgradnje stroja, vključno z opisanimi postopki obnove mehanskih delov ter končno montažo. V zaključnem delu je prikazan postopek meritev in rezultati merjenja paralelnosti vpenjalnih plošč in nastavitev maksimalne sile zapiranja stroja.

• Title: Die casting machine upgrade

Abstract

The thesis presents the history and use of aluminum die casting. The peripheral equipment is shown and described, which together with the basic machine forms a casting cell. The process and cycle of die casting are also described in detail. The die casting toll is presented as well as its composition. The thesis continues with the entire process of upgrading the machine, including the described processes of renewing mechanical parts and final assembly. The final part shows the measurement process and results of measuring the parallelism of the clamping plates and setting the maximum closing force of the machine.
