Abstract
Imamo tri tipe PCM materialov. Organske, anorganske in soli oziroma evtektične mešanice.

Title:Modern concretes for achieving energy-efficient buildings
Abstract:
Regarding energy, sustainable society, and the need for a green transition, we face a problem for the future, namely, we have a major problem with the consumption of fossil fuels and electricity for operating air conditioning and heating, which can be solved by replacing them with energy storage materials. The most suitable would be materials for latent energy storage. We closely link modern concretes for achieving energy-efficient buildings with the addition of phase-change materials (PCM) to concrete. We are focusing on adding organic phase – change inert materials to concrete. We have three types of PCM materials. Organic, inorganic, and salts or eutectic mixtures. Organic PCM materials, such as waxes or paraffins, which have a melting point in the temperature range of indoor spaces of buildings, would be suitable. These could be encapsulated, i.e., packaged in hollow balls with a polyamide sleeve. Organic materials are flammable, so we must be aware of the behavior of the material and the release of various gases in the event of a fire.
