The thesis deals with the problem of jams on an automated assembly line, which is a consequence of inadequate clamping of the assembly nest and structural limitations of the mounting system. The aim of the task is to increase the reliability and stability of the assembly process. Jam analysis, visual observation, design and implementation of the solution were performed. The effectiveness of the improvements was verified by comparative analysis of system operation data before and after the implementation of the solution. The results thus show a reduction in the frequency of jams and more stable operation of the line.
