The purpose of this master's thesis was to investigate the opinions of Faculty of Sport students regarding the selected apparatus gymnastics elements developed within the international Erasmus+ project Safe gymnastics 4all. Students were surveyed on their subjective assessments of the difficulty of performing the elements, the difficulty of organising the exercise, and the difficulty of spotting while teaching these elements. The results showed that students rated the apparatus gymnastics elements as moderately difficult on average. The highest difficulty ratings were assigned to elements on apparatus that require good movement coordination and high levels of arm and shoulder girdle strength. No statistically significant differences between genders were found in any of the three aspects (difficulty of performance, organisation, and spotting). The findings highlight the need for high-quality practical training of students in the areas of lesson organisation and spotting techniques. Such training could contribute to greater self-confidence among future teachers and coaches, as well as to a higher level of safety when teaching apparatus gymnastics in schools and sports clubs.
