Abstract
Z razvojem in nakupom nove raziskovalne opreme se je na Fakulteti za strojništvo pojavila potreba po namenskem manipulatorju za premike preizkuševališča plastičnih zobnikov med testnimi komorami. Predstavili smo načela smernice VDI 2221 in na njihovi osnovi zasnovali ter izvedli konstrukcijski proces. Zbrali smo potrebe uporabnikov ter jih pretvorili v tehnične specifikacije. Pregledali smo ponudbo na trgu, jo primerjali in izbrali najprimernejšo rešitev. Razvili smo tri koncepte, jih ovrednotili ter najboljšega razvili do 3D-modela. Na koncu smo določili končne specifikacije izbranega koncepta, izvedli ekonomsko analizo in ga preverili z računalniško simulacijo.

Title:Systematic design of a dedicated lifting manipulator for laboratory equipment
Abstract:
With the development and acquisition of new research equipment, a need arose at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering for a dedicated manipulator to move the plastic gear test rig between testing chambers. The principles of the VDI 2221 guideline were presented and used as the basis for the design and execution of the engineering process. User requirements were collected and translated into technical specifications. Existing solutions on the market were reviewed, compared, and the most suitable one was selected. Three concepts were developed, evaluated, and the best one was further elaborated to the stage of embodiment in a 3D model. Finally, the final specifications of the selected concept were defined, an economic analysis was performed, and the solution was verified through computer simulation.
