Idejna zasnova zadružnega stanovanjskega naselja za mlade, na Livadi v Ljubljani

Slovenija se v zadnjih letih sooča z obsežno stanovanjsko krizo. Zaradi nereguliranega trga nepremičnin, tržne cene stanovanj skupaj z najemnimi rastejo nenadzorovano. Posledica je širša nedostopnost stanovanjskega fonda družbenim skupinam, ki še nimajo rešenega stanovanjskega problema. Med najbolj ogroženimi izpostavim predvsem mlade, ki s težavo pridejo do prvega stanovanja. Zato je magistrska naloga idejna zasnova stanovanjskega naselja za mlade, kot odgovor na stanovanjsko krizo in pomanjkanje primerne stanovanjske preskrbe mladih. Izbrana lokacija soseske bo na področju zelenega južnega dela Ljubljane, na Livadi. Z analizo družbene gradnje prejšnjih obdobij, bo soseska zasnovana za koncept zadružništva, kot model neprofitnega solastništva. Projekt bo tako pilotni primer alternative nereguliranem tržnem najemništvu v Sloveniji. Soseska bo tudi primer varne, trajnostne in družbeno odgovorne oblike sobivanja. Mladim zadružnikom bo poleg bivanja omogočeno delo od doma, kot priložnost in podporo pri finančni osamosvojitvi ter lažjem prehodu na trg dela.

• Title: Conceptual design of a cooperative housing for young people, in Livada Ljubljana

Abstract

Slovenia has been facing a large housing crisis in recent years. Due to the unregulated real estate market, the rent prices have been rising uncontrollably. The result is a wider inaccessibility of the housing stock to vulnerable social groups that have not yet solved their housing problem. Among the most at risk, it highlights young people who have difficulty acquiring their first apartment. Therefore, the master's thesis is the conceptual design of a housing complex for young people, as a response to the housing crisis and the lack of adequate housing for young people. The chosen location of the neighborhood will be in the green southern part of Ljubljana, in Livada. By analising best practices of previous eras, the housing will be designed for the concept of a housing cooperative, as a model of nonprofit co-ownership. The project will thus be a pilot example of an alternative to the unregulated rental market in Slovenia. The neighborhood will also be an example of a safe, sustainable and socially responsible forms of living. In addition to living, young will also have the opportunity to work from home, as a means of support and financial independence.
