Anketna raziskava je bila izvedena v okviru analize izvedljivosti projekta EIP VIVEK. Projekt se je ukvarjal s preizkusom novih ukrepov za varstvo narave v intenzivni kmetijski krajini. Ti so vključevali tudi praho, ekstenzivne travnike in lesne krajinske prvine, na katere se osredotoča naša raziskava. Cilj naše raziskave je bil 1) izvesti eksperiment diskretne izbire, s katerim smo določili preference kmetov za vstop v teoretično kmetijsko okoljsko shemo, kjer bi morali del površin kmetije nameniti ohranjanju krajinskih značilnosti; 2) pripraviti zemljevide vseh krajinskih značilnosti na kmetijah sodelujočih in s temi prostorskimi podatki izvesti analizo dejavnikov, ki vplivajo na odločanje kmetov za ohranjanje oz. odstranjevanje krajinskih značilnosti.

Abstract

The survey study was conducted as part of the feasibility analysis in EIP VIVEK project. The project tested new biodiversity conservation measures in intensive agricultural landscapes. These measures included fallow, extensive meadows and woodz landscape features, which were also the focus of our study. The aim of our study was to 1) conduct a discrete choice experiment, in which we determined farmers' preferences for enrolment into a theoretical agri-environmental scheme, where they would need to set aside a part of farmland for landscape features conservation; 2) prepare a map of all landscape features of participating farms and conduct an analysis of determinants of farmers' decision-making of landscape features management.
