Abstract

Title:Small piston-type of hydraulic power pack
Abstract:
Hydraulic systems are essential in industry and are widely used in agriculture, construction machinery and automation due to their power, reliability and precise power transmission. In the development of modern compact olutions, it is particularly important to reduce weight and dimensions while maintaining high efficiency and reliable operation. In this bachelor’s thesis, a mini piston power unit was designed to convert mechanical energy into hydraulic energy and is suitable for applications where conventional solutions are not appropriate due to their size, weight or installation method. An analysis of the market for existing hydraulic components was carried out and based on the findings, a custom design concept was developed. Several key components were modelled, technical documentation was prepared, the manufacturing of individual parts was organized and the final assembly of the system was completed. Pressure measurements and operational testing confirmed the functionality of the unit and the achievement of the expected characteristics.
