Abstract
Diplomsko delo obravnava programiranje in integracijo robotske varilne celice s tremi roboti v avtomatizirano proizvodno okolje. Uporabljeni so bili trije roboti Yaskawa Motoman s krmilniki NX100 za MAG varjenje. Razvit je bil celovit varilni program, vključno z logiko za vodenje ciklov, nihajno funkcijo varjenja in sinhronizacijo operacij, kar izboljša kakovost, ponovljivost in zanesljivost varjenja.

Title:Programming of a robotic welding cell with three robots
Abstract:
This thesis addresses the programming and integration of a robotic welding cell with three robots into an automated production environment. Three Yaskawa Motoman robots with NX100 controllers were used for MAG welding. A complete welding program was developed, including logic for cycle control, the weaving welding function, and synchronization of operations, which improves the quality, repeatability, and reliability of welding.
