Abstract
V sklopu magistrskega dela je obravnavana optimizacija procesa ultrazvočnega spajanja ivernih plošč z uporabo metode načrtovanja eksperimentov. Namen raziskave je bil določiti vpliv izbranih procesnih parametrov na kakovost spoja ter poiskati njihove optimalne vrednosti, s katerimi bomo zadovoljili kupčeve zahteve. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljeni proces ultrazvočnega spajanja ter osnove metode načrtovanja eksperimentov kot orodja za optimizacijo procesov. Metodologija raziskave zajema opis uporabljenih materialov in opreme ter postopek izvedbe eksperimentalnega dela. Predstavljeni so ključni koraki metode načrtovanja eksperimentov, ki vključujejo opredelitev problema, določitev ciljev in vplivnih faktorjev, načrtovanje, izvedbo ter analizo rezultatov. Na podlagi pridobljenih podatkov so bili razviti regresijski modeli za ovrednotenje vpliva procesnih parametrov na odzive. V zaključku so bili določeni kriteriji optimizacije, izbrani optimalni procesni parametri in izveden potrditveni preizkus. Rezultati potrjujejo uspešnost uporabljene metodologije pri optimizaciji procesa ultrazvočnega spajanja ivernih plošč ter kažejo, da je mogoče z ustrezno izbiro procesnih parametrov doseči izboljšanje kakovosti spojev in rezultate, ki presegajo začetna pričakovanja ter izpolnjujejo kriterije.

Title:Optimization of the ultrasonic welding process of particle boards
Abstract:
In this master’s thesis, the optimization of the ultrasonic welding process of particle boards is addressed using the design of experiments methodology. The aim of the research was to determine the influence of selected process parameters on joint quality and identify their optimal values to meet customer requirements. The theoretical part presents the ultrasonic welding process and the fundamentals of the design of experiments as a tool for process optimization. The methodology includes a description of the materials and equipment used, as well as the procedure for conducting the experimental work. The key steps of the design of experiments are presented, including problem definition, identification of objectives and influencing factors, experimental design, execution, and analysis of results. Based on the obtained data, regression models were developed to evaluate the influence of process parameters on the responses. In the concluding part, optimization criteria were defined, optimal process parameters were selected, and a confirmation experiment was carried out. The results confirm the effectiveness of the applied methodology for optimizing the ultrasonic welding process of particle boards and show that, with appropriate process parameters, it is possible to improve joint quality and achieve results that exceed initial expectations while meeting the required criteria.
