Redundantno beleženje procesnih podatkov v industrijskem nadzornem sistemu

Abstract
Diplomsko delo obravnava razvoj in implementacijo sistema za samodejno shranjevanje procesnih podatkov iz krmilnika na pomnilniško SD kartico. Namen rešitve je zagotoviti neprekinjeno beleženje vrednosti tipal (senzorji temperature, vlage…) tudi v primerih, ko pride do izpada komunikacije med programirljivim logičnim krmilnikom (PLK) in sistemom SCADA (sistem za nadzor, vodenje in zbiranje podatkov procesa), oziroma zgodovinsko bazo podatkov (Historian). S tem se prepreči izguba pomembnih podatkov, ki so bistveni za analizo, nadzor in sledljivost delovanja industrijskih sistemov, predvsem v okoljih, kjer veljajo standardi dobre proizvodne prakse (GMP; ang. Good Manufacturing Practice). Rešitev temelji na lokalnem zapisovanju podatkov na pomnilniško SD kartico, vgrajeno v PLK, pri čemer se vrednosti merjenih spremenljivk periodično zapisujejo tudi v primeru prekinitve omrežne povezave. Po ponovni vzpostavitvi povezave se podatki samodejno prenesejo na računalnik, kar omogoča popolno obnovitev zgodovinskih vrednosti. Sistem je zasnovan tako, da deluje neodvisno od komunikacijskih kanalov in s tem povečuje robustnost industrijskega nadzora. Rešitev je bila preizkušena na simuliranem sistemu, kjer so se podatki tipal zapisovali v dnevne datoteke. Preizkusi so potrdili zanesljivo delovanje zapisovanja, pravilno ustvarjanje novih datotek in uspešen prenos podatkov po ponovni vzpostavitvi komunikacije. Predlagani sistem omogoča večjo odpornost in varnost pri beleženju procesnih podatkov ter predstavlja učinkovit pristop k redundantnemu zajemu GMP meritev v industrijskih okoljih.

Title:Redundant process data recording in an industrial control system
Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis addresses the development and implementation of a system for automatic storage of process data from a controller onto an SD memory card. The purpose of the solution is to ensure continuous recording of sensor values (such as temperature and humidity) even in cases of communication failure between the programmable logic controller (PLC) and the SCADA system (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), or the historical database (Historian). In this way, the loss of important data is prevented, which is essential for analysis, monitoring, and traceability of industrial system operation, particularly in environments governed by Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. The proposed solution is based on local data logging to an SD memory card integrated into the PLC, where measured variables are periodically stored even during network disconnections. Once communication is re-established, the data is automatically transferred to a computer, enabling complete restoration of historical records. The system is designed to operate independently of communication channels, thereby increasing the robustness of industrial monitoring systems. The solution was tested on a simulated system, where sensor data were recorded into daily files. The tests confirmed reliable data logging, correct generation of new files, and successful data transfer after communication recovery. The proposed system enhances reliability and safety in process data recording and represents an effective approach to redundant acquisition of GMP-relevant measurements in industrial environments.
