Abstract
V delu je obravnavan sistem za nadzor temperature in daljinsko upravljanje klimatskih naprav na oddaljenih objektih Kontrole zračnega prometa Slovenije. Glavni cilj je zagotoviti pravočasno zaznavanje povišane temperature ter omogočiti centralizirano upravljanje klimatskih naprav brez potrebe po fizični prisotnosti na posamezni lokaciji. V okviru naloge so bile analizirane različne možnosti komunikacije med objekti, pri čemer je bila zaradi že obstoječe infrastrukture izbrana ethernet povezava. Sistem temelji na mikrokrmilniku STM32, ethernet krmilniku W5500 ter protokolu MQTT za izmenjavo podatkov s strežnikom. Za merjenje temperature so uporabljeni 1-Wire senzorji DS18B20. Razvito je bilo štiriplastno tiskano vezje. Izvedeni so bili načrtovanje, izdelava prototipov ter testiranje posameznih funkcionalnih sklopov strojne in programske opreme. Posebna pozornost je bila namenjena zanesljivosti komunikacije, varnosti sistema ter možnosti nadaljnje razširitve. Končni sistem omogoča spremljanje temperature, opozarjanje ob prekoračitvi mejnih vrednosti ter daljinsko upravljanje klimatskih naprav preko omrežja. Rešitev zmanjšuje potrebo po fizičnih posegih na oddaljenih lokacijah ter povečuje zanesljivost delovanja opreme.

Title:Design of a Remote Control System for an Air Conditioning Unit for Temperature Control
Abstract:
This thesis discusses a system for temperature monitoring and remote control of HVAC units at remote facilities of Slovenia control. The main objective is to ensure timely detection of elevated temperatures and to enable centralized control of HVAC units without the need for physical presence at each location. As part of the project, various communication options between facilities were analyzed, and an ethernet connection was selected due to the existing infrastructure. The system is based on an STM32 microcontroller, a W5500 ethernet controller, and the MQTT protocol for data exchange with the server. DS18B20 1-Wire sensors are used for temperature measurement. A four-layer PCB was developed. The design, prototyping, and testing of individual hardware and software functional modules were carried out. Special attention was paid to communication reliability, system security, and the possibility of future expansion. The final system enables temperature monitoring, alerts when predefined thresholds are exceeded, and remote control of HVAC devices over a network. The solution reduces the need for physical intervention at remote locations and increases the reliability of equipment operation.
