Abstract
V prehranski, farmacevtski in kemični industriji je varjenje MAG nepogrešljivo, saj je hiter in enostaven postopek, uporaben predvsem za varjenje materialov iz nerjavnega jekla večjih debelin, ki je hkrati primeren tudi za avtomatizacijo. V zaključnem delu je predstavljena literatura s področja nerjavnih jekel, postopkov varjenja, varilne opreme in napak, ki se med varjenjem najpogosteje pojavljajo. V eksperimentalnem delu smo primerjali vplive treh različnih mešanic zaščitnega plina na končen izgled, mehanske lastnosti, mikrostrukturo, obarvanost in obliko zvarov z izvedbo porušnih in neporušnih preiskav. Ugotovili smo, da z vsemi tremi mešanicami dosegamo odlične prej omenjene lastnosti zvarov, ki se med seboj le malo razlikujejo.

Title:MAG welding of stainless steel with different shielding
Abstract:
In the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, MAG welding is indispensable, as it is a quick and easy process, especially useful for welding stainless steel materials of larger thicknesses, it is also suitable for automation. The final part presents literature on stainless steels, welding processes, welding equipment, and the most common welding defects. In the experimental part, we compared the effects of three different shielding gas mixtures on the final appearance, mechanical properties, microstructure, color, and shape of welds, using destructive and non-destructive tests. We found that all three shielding gas mixtures achieve the excellent weld properties mentioned above, which differ only slightly from one another.
