A business plan was developed for the establishment of a new graphic company offering comprehensive graphic and digital services to micro and small enterprises. The research aimed to examine the possibilities for successfully launching the company in a competitive environment and to investigate the key factors for its development and growth. The business plan was created based on market analysis, an overview of existing providers, SWOT analysis, and identified industry trends.
An analytical approach, qualitative research, and a review of secondary sources were used as part of the methodology. A target customer group was defined, the market was assessed, and a plan for services, marketing, financing, and work organization was prepared. Special attention was given to the company’s growth phases and cost dynamics throughout the development stages.
The results showed that a company with low initial costs, a flexible organizational structure, and a digitally oriented offer can successfully enter the market. It was found that the key success factors include precise customer segmentation, a focus on high-quality user experience, and a gradual expansion of the team and services in line with revenue growth.
The conclusions confirmed that the proposed business plan is realistically feasible, provided that cost management is adequate and adjustments to market changes are implemented. The work may serve as a basis for the actual establishment of the company or as a model for similar projects in the creative industry.
