Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo izdelali poslovni načrt za ustanovitev novega grafičnega podjetja, ki bi nudilo celostne grafične in digitalne storitve mikro in malim podjetjem. Namen raziskave je bil preveriti možnosti uspešne postavitve podjetja v konkurenčnem okolju ter preučiti ključne dejavnike za njegov razvoj in rast. Poslovni načrt smo oblikovali na podlagi analize trga, pregleda obstoječih ponudnikov, SWOT analiz ter prepoznanih trendov v industriji. V okviru metodologije smo uporabili analitični pristop, kvalitativno raziskavo in pregled sekundarnih virov. Oblikovali smo ciljno skupino kupcev, ovrednotili trg, pripravili načrt storitev, trženja, financiranja in organizacije dela. Poseben poudarek smo namenili fazam rasti podjetja in dinamiki stroškov v razvojnih fazah. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da lahko podjetje z nizkimi začetnimi stroški, fleksibilno organizacijsko strukturo in digitalno usmerjeno ponudbo uspešno vstopi na trg. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da so ključni dejavniki uspeha jasna segmentacija kupcev, osredotočenost na kakovostno uporabniško izkušnjo ter postopna širitev ekipe in storitev glede na rast prihodkov. Zaključki raziskave potrjujejo, da je izdelan poslovni načrt realno izvedljiv pod pogojem ustreznega upravljanja stroškov in prilagajanja tržnim spremembam. Delo je lahko osnova za konkretno ustanovitev podjetja ali kot model za druge podobne projekte v kreativni industriji.

Title:Business plan development for graphic design company
Abstract:
A business plan was developed for the establishment of a new graphic company offering comprehensive graphic and digital services to micro and small enterprises. The research aimed to examine the possibilities for successfully launching the company in a competitive environment and to investigate the key factors for its development and growth. The business plan was created based on market analysis, an overview of existing providers, SWOT analysis, and identified industry trends. An analytical approach, qualitative research, and a review of secondary sources were used as part of the methodology. A target customer group was defined, the market was assessed, and a plan for services, marketing, financing, and work organization was prepared. Special attention was given to the company’s growth phases and cost dynamics throughout the development stages. The results showed that a company with low initial costs, a flexible organizational structure, and a digitally oriented offer can successfully enter the market. It was found that the key success factors include precise customer segmentation, a focus on high-quality user experience, and a gradual expansion of the team and services in line with revenue growth. The conclusions confirmed that the proposed business plan is realistically feasible, provided that cost management is adequate and adjustments to market changes are implemented. The work may serve as a basis for the actual establishment of the company or as a model for similar projects in the creative industry.
