Abstract
Since the end of the Cold War, the current world order has repeatedly demonstrated instability and challenges. Newly formed countries that have become part of this order are increasingly critical of it and are attempting to adapt and balance the existing norms and rules of the world order through their foreign policy. One of such states, the Russian Federation, has attempted to undermine the world order by pursuing a revisionist foreign policy. By analysing the elements of the world order, i.e., the challenges for primary institutions, secondary institutions, and relational and behavioural patterns, I determine how Russia's views on key elements of the world order influence not only the formation of its revisionist foreign policy, but above all, its transformation. I operationalize the latter through the concept of revisionism and its manifestations. In my Master's Thesis, I conclude that, based on its understanding of the responses, Russia has adapted its revisionist foreign policy on two levels – post-Soviet and global. From the outset, the first level has shown very strong signs of a desire to change the world order, while at the global level, this process has developed gradually, from a moderate type of revisionism to a reformist one.

Title:Razumevanje revizionistične zunanje politike Rusije do svetovnega reda od leta 2008 do 2026 : magistrsko delo
Abstract:
Novonastale države, ki so postale del tega reda, so do njega vse bolj kritične in skušajo s svojo zunanjo politiko prilagoditi in uravnotežiti obstoječe norme in pravila svetovnega reda.
